I agree with a lot of the reviews. It shows none of my Bluetooth devices except for a old tracker I have for my kids... it won’t show my watch or anything else.... this needs to be fixed!

I agree with everyone else the app doesn’t even show my phone but it does show my chrome cast even though it’s not even plugged in! I mean that’s just crazy that it good that with no power

This app does absolutely nothing

The app is useless! It does nothing! I'd demand a refund, but I know what the answer would be! The FB promo is misleading!

All that the instructions say the watch and app does not do!!! Do not download - return the watch - scam!!

The app doesn't really make any sense. I was able to pair my phone with the watch via blue tooth, but the watch did not show up in the app at all.

Could not get the app to work. Could not find any support to figure it out.

Instructions in Chinese look like. Can't even get past registration. Went to website, guess what? Chinese and no English option. Sending watch back to Amazon and deleting app. Waste of time, best to just get $$$ hosed in Apple products and have it work first time out. App need American tech advisor to make work from English perspective. May work great if I could read Chinese????

Won't let me log on and won't send a link to redo passwords. If someone knows how to fix this let me know.

Tried to reset my password using the phone number and email.. Neither have worked. App is crap

I have the watch.. Downloaded the app.. And it's all in Chinese.. Can't read a darn thing.. Have no clue how it works..

It won't let me create a account and the wi-fi is on but it says I need to check my connection

I've tried everything to get the app to fully sync and have failed miserably. I was hoping that the process of getting a smart watch would be easy. Apparently not. Seriously dissatisfied.

I have A1 smart watch and this app. Doesn't even recognize it nor show it on the list.

Trying to obtain my password and the app will not resend it.

I was using my watch through this app normally but since I updated the app something weird happened. Now every time I connect my watch to this app, the watch starts to restart without stopping.

Had a little trouble with Bluetooth at the beginning but after I got that settled it was smooth sailing I have notifications on my watch now did what it was it was supposed To do

It does not synchronize or does what it is supposed to do. A lot of the information is in Chinese and the English is hard to understand. AP support is totally in Chinese!

I don't see how the apple store approved this app. It does nothing at all!

I updated the app and now it doesn't work at all!!!! Very disappointed it worked just fine before the update! Please fix this!

Since the last update every time i try to use the app it crashes

Horrible instructions w/ established connection on what was supposed to be the S1 watch, but came as R2. English translation available for links, but Despite attempts to register in app on multiple wifi networks, an error message pops up telling me to check network status when every other app and Internet work fine. Vendor it was purchased from "Light in the box" has good reviews for customer service and support, Unfortunately this App did not get support for mobile iOS device usage from the beginning. Maybe it's not meant for the large U.S. market with iOS functions limited. Hopefully this changes considering I paid ~$47 for the supposedly iOS smart watch, <25% the cost of the Apple watch.

For iPhone, definitively there is a long way to be useful. Impossible to reset password...poor English

With Iphone, No Email, No Text, No Camera, App Has Very Little Use, FIX IT OR DELETE THIS JUNK APP

Returned original U8 for U8 plus because I wanted access to iphone messages (text). The "smartblue" app and related english (poor) instructions did nothing to enable messaging. After installing the ambiguously indescript "bluelight" app for iphone from appstore, "notifications" mysteriously started to work, but still no access to text messages... Watch displays "Not Connected" when trying to access messaging inbox eventhough I've sucessfully paired phone with watch. Kinda disappointing. Don't expect any support. Will hang on to the watch in hopes someone eventually posts a video or instructional showing how to pair texts. "Smartblue" suggested in the user manual doesnt do it, and once you figure out the right phone format to "register" smartblue (hint: leave the +84 and add a 1 before your areacode and number - then when you log back in - I think you need the 1areacodenumber format again) and can access the "usermanual" instructions will simply tell you how to pair phone to watch and tell you to install "smartblue" from app store then claim messages will work... Not.
