Connection Lost Error

I have upgraded my U10L smartwatch to firmwware version v006. When I launch this application it will not connect to the smartwatch. I receive a dialog box which says Lost connection lost. Any assistance would be appreciated. Update : After registering the application I was able to access the instructions provided through the application. I discovered that you need to follow the instructions very carefully and be sure to be in the bluetooth settings of the watch when completing the last step to pair the application with the watch. I am now able to receive email and SMS messages on my watch.

The developer never answer the questions, even here. Excuse is not Chinese language. As everything from China is like that Very bad quality!!!Scammers. I tried several times to contact them , but no luck.

I bought their smart watch online, but I cant use the damn thing because the app is broken. No matter what I do or try, it doesnt work. Nothing is in English, or its very broken English, and it cant even find my phone. Not worth the buy, or the hassle.

Cant get the app to fully sync

Ive tried everything to get the app to fully sync and have failed miserably. I was hoping that the process of getting a smart watch would be easy. Apparently not. Seriously dissatisfied.

I have the watch.. Downloaded the app.. And its all in Chinese.. Cant read a darn thing.. Have no clue how it works..

Did not get messaging working

Returned original U8 for U8 plus because I wanted access to iphone messages (text). The "smartblue" app and related english (poor) instructions did nothing to enable messaging. After installing the ambiguously indescript "bluelight" app for iphone from appstore, "notifications" mysteriously started to work, but still no access to text messages... Watch displays "Not Connected" when trying to access messaging inbox eventhough Ive sucessfully paired phone with watch. Kinda disappointing. Dont expect any support. Will hang on to the watch in hopes someone eventually posts a video or instructional showing how to pair texts. "Smartblue" suggested in the user manual doesnt do it, and once you figure out the right phone format to "register" smartblue (hint: leave the +84 and add a 1 before your areacode and number - then when you log back in - I think you need the 1areacodenumber format again) and can access the "usermanual" instructions will simply tell you how to pair phone to watch and tell you to install "smartblue" from app store then claim messages will work... Not.
